Getting Started
The Zen Center offers an introductory session for those who wish to learn how to meditate.
This session also serves as an orientation for those who already have experience in meditation or have participated at other centers.
The Introduction to Zen Meditation Session is a personalized 1 hr. 15 min. program scheduled at a mutually convenient day and time. It includes optional follow up sessions for programs during the month.
