Regular Weekly Schedule
The regular weekly schedule is available to new practitioners, regular
practitioners, those who have attended the current month's introductory
workshop, or those participating in a Zen JumpStart program.
We do not offer "open" or "drop in" sitting periods.
(The Introductory workshop also serves as a welcome
and orientation for those who have practiced meditation in other
traditions or at other Zen Centers.)

5 - 7 pm

Two half-hour periods of seated meditation

 | Two 10-minute periods of walking
meditation |
 | Individual instruction offered 1st, 2nd,
3rd &

 | Dharma talk, Koan study, or reading and discussion |
 | 7-7:30 pm Optional informal tea and social |
 | 4 – 4:50 pm Samu (Daily Life Work
Practice)

 | 2 to 5 pm Prison Project on the 3rd Sunday of every

 | 4th Sunday of every month: 3 periods of seated
