Weekly Programs

Programs are offered at the Zen Center twice weekly.  These provide opportunities for zazen/meditation in a small group setting.  The programs also include talks, short readings and discussion on topics related to meditation practice and its applications in daily life.   They also provide opportunities for ongoing individual instruction upon request.  There is an optional tea/social after the programs.  Participants are asked to first attend an Introduction to Zen Meditation Workshop or the Zen Meditation & Mindfulness Course.
